Building management and day-to-day services are handled by S1 Property, the company’s own income-generating property management firm, which keeps residents comfortable and takes all operational work off investors’ hands.

“We think like an operator. From the very first sketch, we work out how the building will run: what services residents will need and what will happen there every day, from deliveries to cleaning”, says Oleksandr Ovcharenko, co-owner of Standard One.

The feature also covers the growth of S1 REIT, the company’s investment arm, which has enabled private investors to put relatively small sums into income-generating residential property and earn passive income without being involved in day-to-day operations.
