Revised commissioning timeline for S1 Obolon

Revised commissioning timeline for S1 Obolon

We would like to let you know about changes to the construction schedule for S1 Obolon. We want to be open with you, so we are explaining not only the new timeline but also the reasons behind it.

Last winter in Kyiv showed how important energy resilience is. That is why the Standard One team has revisited the power supply design for S1 Obolon, in particular the uninterruptible power supply for the rooftop gas boiler room and the individual heating substation. Our aim is that, during power cuts, the boiler room and heating substation keep running or switch quickly to backup power.

These systems directly affect the building’s comfort, safety and energy resilience. Some of the updated technical solutions must also be approved by the city’s utility services, so the project schedule is being revised.

We now expect the building to be commissioned in May 2027.

The design approvals are in their final stage, and we will shortly continue installation work in the technical rooms.

These changes will temporarily affect the schedule. In the long term, though, they will improve the building’s quality, energy resilience, living comfort and investment appeal. For income-generating property, it is vital that everything keeps working reliably, even in difficult conditions.

To everyone who follows S1 Obolon and trusts Standard One’s projects: thank you for your understanding and support.
