How the discount is calculated

• initial deposit of 40–59% — base price
• initial deposit of 60–69% — a 4% discount on the price per square metre
• initial deposit of 70–79% — a 6% discount on the price per square metre
• initial deposit of 80–100% — an 8% discount on the price per square metre

The discount applies to the price per square metre, not to the fit-out.

Special terms for paying in instalments

If you’d rather spread your payments, there is a special option: pay a 50% initial deposit and the balance in full within 3 months, and you get an 8% discount on the full price of the flat, excluding the fit-out. So you can get the maximum saving without paying the whole amount at once.
